Tomato Smoothie, Watermelon + Dual Force 2x

Strengthen your immune system: Tomato, watermelon and carrot are a medicinal cocktail with vitamins C, A, B, D and K and antioxidants.

Simple recipe

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 4 ripe vine tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 kg of watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 10g pistachios
  • A few mint leaves
  • Dual Force 2X

Process to prepare it

  1. Peel the carrots, cut them into slices and
    put them in the American glass of a blender.
    Peel the watermelon, cut it into pieces and add it. Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes, add 8 tablespoons of Dual Force 2x and add them too.
  2. Add the honey and ice cubes.
  3. Blend everything well in the blender. If you don't have an American blender, you can put the ingredients in a blender and blend them with an electric blender until you get a smooth smoothie.
  4. Divide the smoothie into 4 glasses. Crush the
    pistachios and put a portion on each one.
    Decorate them with some mint leaves.
